For landscaping projects, we begin by receiving your initial enquiry and arranging either a verbal or in-person consultation. Once the project details are agreed upon, we provide a detailed estimate, including support with materials and design choices. After the estimate is approved, we schedule your project and issue a materials invoice.
Please note that due to weather or other external factors, scheduled dates may be subject to change. Upon completion of the project, we request final payment and can also arrange ongoing maintenance services if required.

No, you do not need to be present while we work on your project. However, if you’ll be away, we do require full access to the garden and in some cases, access to water and power. In cases where water and power access is limited, we may need to coordinate with your neighbours to ensure adequate supply if required.
-
We operate strictly within sociable working hours and always strive to be respectful of your neighbours. However, please note that some tools and machinery can be noisy and are unfortunately beyond our control. Depending on the scale of your project, we recommend informing your neighbours in advance as a form of courtesy.
-
We manage all materials and machinery deliveries to site, and our team is usually on hand to supervise. Occasionally, deliveries may arrive earlier than scheduled; in such cases, we’ll notify you in advance so you can receive them if we’re not present. Please note that site access is required for all projects, including garden maintenance. If you’re not home, we’ll need access via a side gate or similar entry point. If you believe this might be an issue, please get in touch and we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.
